This is the non-paying vendor registration form to the 6th annual Indonesian Fair 2018. This special registration is done by the event organizer itself to register for vendors that are entitled to free booths (e.g. sponsor, raffle winners, volunteers, etc.) to ensure they are included on tent list.

This is the non-paying vendor registration form to the 6th annual Indonesian Fair 2018. This special registration is done by the event organizer themselves to register for vendors that are entitled to free booths (e.g. sponsor, raffle winners, volunteers who will display personal collection of Indonesian traditional items during the fair) to ensure they are included on the tent list so we don't forget.
